Our offer
We offer you a quick solution for finding new team members or complete teams. Scale easily by booking remote talents in our foreign subsidiary, including later relocation to Germany for direct employment in your company (Blue Card after 6 to 9 months).
Screening
Get direct access to our talent pool on our platform and create your personal wishlist with candidates of your choice. Some of our profiles include personal videos of the talents and offer a quick screening option.
Onboarding
After you have chosen your new talent, we handle the contracts. Your new employee is employed in our foreign subsidiary and starts working for you. We take care of a successful onboarding in your team.
Remote Work
Your talents work remotely for you for 9 months. After 6 months you can decide on the transfer to any European country. During this time the talents receive, for example, free German courses if you are located in Germany.

- Your talent works remotely for you for 9 months.
- Your talent receives free German courses in the home country.
- After 6 months you can decide on the move to Germany.
- The talent is then transferred to your company after 3 months.
- If you decide against the move, the talent can simply continue to work for you remotely.

- We support the talent and you with the Blue Card process.
- You sign an employment contract directly with your talent.
- After 9 months your talent starts working for you on site in Germany.
- After 9 months of German courses, your talent has a good basis for integration into your company.
