To start the cooperation we only need your briefing request, and if available, image and video material from you.
Talentlake then handles candidate sourcing, pre-qualification and communication with the talent. Our Talent Service conducts initial interviews, full qualification and requirement review. In the final step, you will be presented with 3-5 suitable talents who are ready to switch. You will conduct the subsequent interview process.

Depending on the requirements, location and complexity, you will receive the first talent in the first 7 days after the start of the collaboration.

Once you find a talent, we contract and you pay a flat, fixed monthly salary, the first month for month 1 + 2.

We charge between € 3,700 and € 6,250 net for a talent, depending on experience. 19% VAT per month. Learn more

The visa process usually takes 2-3 months. In exceptional cases there may be deviations, as an appointment at the German Embassy is necessary to issue the visa. If there are delays in scheduling appointments, it may take over 3 months in individual cases.

We focus on the placement of STEM professionals in the field of computer science and engineering. For this purpose, skilled workers from third countries receive the EU Blue Card.

Yes, we take care of the process and guide you and your talent through it. We have years of experience in the process and local contacts for your talent.

For the support to apply for the visa, we need the employment contract and the form for pre-arrangement of employment of the federal agency

A reduced minimum annual gross salary of 45,552 euros applies to employment in the professional fields of mathematics, computer science, natural sciences, engineering and human medicine (excluding dentistry) (as of 2023 – salary limits are adjusted for each calendar year). further information

Yes, we give your talent the opportunity to attend free language courses.

In addition to the Bluecard process, we can also assist with bank accounts, insurance and housing. As a best practice, we recommend facilitating an arrangement for the talent to live in an apartment rented by you and your company until your talent has received 3 paychecks. There are various providers for this, such as Wunderflats or Homecompany

Yes. In principle, spouses and minor children have the possibility to accompany third-country nationals to Germany or to join them. This requires adequate housing and a secure livelihood. The person who is already in Germany and wants to join the partner must already have a valid residence title. More information
